These terms cover the text message alert service run by Josh Capp ("we", "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

The service

We send SMS text messages with household task reminders, to-do list follow-ups, and related questions or updates from our family's task-tracking board. This is a personal, non-commercial service — not a business marketing program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and the mobile number you provide must be one you're authorized to enroll, with a U.S. carrier.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies; you may receive up to several messages per day depending on household activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out / getting help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly using the information below.

No warranty

This service is provided as-is. Message delivery isn't guaranteed and may be delayed or fail due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here.
