Privacy Policy

This policy covers the text message alert service run by Josh Capp ("we", "us"), which sends household task reminders and to-do follow-ups by SMS to people who've opted in. It does not cover any other site or service.

Information we collect

Your mobile phone number, the date and time you opted in, and the content of any text messages you send to the number (for example, replying HELP, STOP, or with an answer to a question we texted you).

How we use it

Solely to send you the household task alerts you signed up for and to respond to messages you send in reply. We do not use your number for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Sharing

Text messages are delivered through Twilio, our SMS provider, which processes your phone number only to deliver these messages on our behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party.

Data retention

We keep your phone number for as long as you're opted in. Texting STOP removes you from the list; delivery logs may be retained briefly afterward for troubleshooting and carrier compliance, then deleted.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
